For venues

Fill the room,not the algorithm.

Publish your programme, connect with local artists and bring the right people through the door. Free, with no fees on the door.

01

A programme that stays findable.

A story disappears. A listing on OpenStage remains: date, line-up, address, directions and a link to the artist. Your venue page becomes the archive of what happens in your room.

02

How it works

  1. 01

    Claim your venue

If your venue is already on OpenStage, send a claim request with a public link. A staff member checks it before linking the page.

  2. 02

    Publish the programme

Create each night from your dashboard: poster, artists, time, price and how to get there.

  3. 03

    Link the artists

Connect an existing artist page, or write the name of a guest who is not on OpenStage yet.

03

What you get

  • A venue page with memory

Upcoming events and past nights, in one place, with the venue address and capacity when you provide them.

  • A real map pin

Exact or approximate location: we never invent a point that does not exist.

  • No commission

No checkout, no fee on tickets, no paid visibility. If you sell tickets elsewhere, keep your link.

04

Is this your venue?

OpenStage can create a venue page from a real event. If the page is yours, choose “I manage this venue” and send a public proof link. A staff member approves the request.

While a request is pending you can see it in your account and withdraw it. Once approved, the venue page is linked to your profile.

05

A few rules, for everyone

  • One venue page per profile.
  • Publish real nights, with a real place and a real date.
  • If you need to change a date, cancel the event: it stays visible with a clear notice instead of disappearing.

The room is yours. The map is shared.

Create your venue profile and publish the next night.
