You can do both yourself, from the settings.
Download your data
Dashboard → Settings → Download your data (JSON). The file contains profile, page, events, favourites, followed pages and conversations.
Delete your account
Dashboard → Settings → Delete account. You must type ELIMINA: it is not an accidental click and it cannot be undone.
What disappears: profile, email, private notes, favourites, follows and notifications. What stays: published dates stay online with no link to you, the page becomes unclaimed and in the other side's conversations your name becomes “Deleted account”.
